         HACCP management focuses on analyzing and controlling potential biological, chemical, and physical hazards while handling raw materials, preparing raw materials for production, manufacturing, distribution, and eating the final product. 
      A HACCP plan can only be implemented efficiently if management is strongly committed to the concept. Company employees understand the importance of safe food production when top management is committed to HACCP.
HACCP plans can take a variety of forms. 
       They can be specific to products or processes. Others employ the concept of unit operations. In developing process and product HACCP plans, generic HACCP plans can be useful; however, it is crucial to consider the unique conditions within each facility when developing all HACCP elements.
To develop a HACCP plan for a specific product or process, there are five preliminary tasks to complete.
