What is a bizSAFE level 3 certificate?
To achieve bizSAFE Level 3, your company or company's CEO, top or senior management must engage a SAC/MOM-approved independent auditor to assess and audit your company's risk management plan and implementation, similar to an ISO or OHSAS audit process. Subject to an auditor's report that your business/company has met the requirements of the MOM Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Risk Management) Act and Regulations, the company may be awarded WSHC (WSH Council) bizSAFE Level 3 status/accreditation.
bizSAFE Level 3 is valid for three years after renewal certification or moving to the next level.
