Formwork Safety Course for Supervisor (FSCS)
The Formwork Safety Course for Supervisor (FSCS) is providing to individuals with the knowledge and skill required to supervise the construction and alteration or dismantling and inspection of formwork structures at any worksites.
The FSCS is a mandatory training course for individuals who are appointed to supervise Level.

Course Contents are,
- WSH Act and it's subsidiary legislation and relevant Code of Practice to the construction, alteration or dismantling of any formwork in any worksites.
- List out the roles and responsibilities of a Formwork Supervisor
- Assist in carrying out a risk assessment for formwork based activities
- Apply the fundamentals of formwork structure construction
- Ensure formwork structure construction is in accordance with the approved design
- Inspect formwork structure before, during construction and after concreting
- Respond to failure in formwork structure, like fire and emergencies
