Fire Safety Managers(FSM) Responsibles

Fire Safety Managers are responsible for the following tasks:
1. Keep emergency response plan provisions up-to-date at all times
2. Make sure all fire safety measures are being maintained in the building
3. A building's maximum occupant load should always be less than the fire code's maximum
4. If fire hazards are found on the premises, remove or arrange for their removal on a regular basis
3. Prepare and distribute an Emergency Response Plan for the premises, and make it available to tenants. Conduct fire drills twice a year for tenants or on other occasions the Commissioner deems necessary.
4. Establish a clear understanding of the building's escape routes for all occupants
5. Assist with the preparation of fire safety guides for residents of the premises and supervise the training, coordination, and supervision of the Company's Emergency Response Team in the event of a fire or other emergency.
6. Prepare the premises' occupants for fires and other emergencies by providing First aid, Firefighting and Evacuation training
7. Assist the occupants of the premises in evacuating the premises in case of fire or other emergency
8. During an emergency or fire, manage the Fire Command Center
