WSQ-Emergency Response and Crisis Management Development and Implementation (ERCM)
It covers technical skills and knowledge related to emergency response principles and introduces techniques for managing emergencies and crises through the implementation and maintenance of the Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM). It is the aim of this module to equip learners with the necessary technical skills and knowledge for implementing and maintaining Emergency Response and Crisis Management systems.
Supervisors and senior/lead technicians working in the chemical and energy industry are primarily required to have these competencies since they ensure readiness for external support, if needed.
Learning about emergency response and crisis management principles and techniques in this unit will equip learners with the knowledge and skills they need to respond effectively to an emergency or crisis.
