BizSAFE - Customer Queries
Client: My company is now in the bizSAFE star level, But every 3 years we review the Risk Assessment (RA). So to do RA for the company, what certificate is necessary?
Sales Person: Bizsafe Level 2 certificate is necessary for both Risk Assessment (RA) and bizSAFE star renewal.
Client: Do I have to retake the level 2 course when my company's bizSAFE is going to expire?
Sales Person: No need to attended the course again. but the person still working at your company means you have used that the certificate for the renewal process.
Client: There is no additional cost to get the bizSAFE certification for new outlets? Within this year we are likely to have a few more outlets.
Sales Person: This quotation is for both HQ & 20 Outlets of your company. This cost includes both consulting and auditing for all outlets and HQ.
