The Overtime Exemption Audit's goal is to evaluate the risk factors associated with job activities that must be performed in an organization for a period of time longer than 12 hours per day.
This audit will take a total of 1 Monday to complete. Organizations that are requesting for overtime exemption are subject to this audit.
A MOM Approved Auditor working for a MOM Approved Auditing Organization will conduct the audit. The audit includes a review of documents, a site inspection to confirm the application of risk control procedures, and key staff interviews.
